What Is The Processing Time Of My Order?

The processing time varies based on the complexity of the flower design. All crochet arrangements are pre-made and ready to ship once the order is confirmed. Other products are customized upon ordering, with processing times ranging from 1 to 14 days. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for shipment.

How Does Hand Delivery Work?

We offer hand delivery for select orders to most cities in the SF Bay Area for a fee. The cutoff time is 3 PM PST. Any orders placed before 3 PM will be delivered on the same day, while orders placed after 3 PM will be delivered the following day.

Do You Ship Overseas?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We are currently working on expanding our operations and look forward to meeting your requests in the future.

What Is Your Shipping Policy?

We offer four different types of delivery options: standard shipping, express shipping, overnight shipping, and same day/next day hand delivery. Standard shipping is free for orders over $40. For more details about our shipping options, please visit here.

Do You Accept Return?

Unfortunately, our products are made to order and are not eligible for returns. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified in any way. Our goal is to provide you with a one-of-a-kind creation that you will cherish. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. Occasionally an order may be held by our fraud prevention team for further review. You will receive an email notification if this is the case. Order Arrived Damaged?
